Conley Group assimilated gathered information, developed report spreadsheet format to present variable information of size, roof type as well as overall assessment for repairs or replacement. Damages and defect areas were noted in photographs and on roof plan drawings. Repair quantities and preliminary cost estimates were also presented.
A second phase of review was conducted for those areas classified as major replacement to further refine budgetary cost estimates. Project was completed within 30 days.
Conley Group was contracted as firm with ability to respond with resources in expedited fashion to meet TI’s needs for survey of over 70 buildings and 3.7 million square feet on seven different campuses within the Dallas area. These facilities had been impacted to varying degrees by a hailstorm in April, 2003.Attended pre-survey meeting to coordinate efforts for schedule, access and scope with Client, Factory Mutual (FM) FM’s consultants and general service contractor. Team was assembled to survey and agree on presence and degree of damage for each roofing system, document findings, confirm quantities and photograph damages.
